We've been living here for 3 months now, and it's truly been one of the best living experiences we've had. The property is beautifully maintained, and the management team is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to any maintenance requests. Yasmin is also the best property manager who is there to listen to any issue.. And heads off to the maintenance team Jo gino eric who are the super heroes of the community.. Apartment life host Ana n John are the bests. Their events makes it more beautiful to stay here as they arrange 2 events a month like pool party, neighbor networking, waffle mornings, games evenings n many more. Amenities: The amenities here are outstanding — the fitness center is well-equipped and rarely overcrowded, the pool area is like a mini resort, and the community spaces are perfect for working remotely or relaxing with friends. I love the fact that coffee is available for all the residents here. Perks of being a parkway resident; -Bike is 247 available -Can rent things like karaoke machines, moving dolly, surfing boards etc -Document Printing n copy facility is provided along with basic stationary needs -Indoor games like chess, pool, scrabble, uno n lot more -247 gym facility -The maintenance team is on the toes -Door delivery is available through the third party apps like uber, Walmart etc which is safe by sharing an entry code -Clean swimming pool -Cabanna like resort for sitting -Outdoor movie projector -Outdoor bbq grill -Monthly neighbour networking events -Parking space available -Secure premises with key access -Food trucks available twice in a week -Market place pop up happens once in a quarter -Cold beverages and food is provided in events -Karaoke nights and live music evenings not to be missed Apartment Features: The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I appreciate the appliances, in-unit laundry, large windows, and balcony. It truly feels like home. Community & Location: The neighborhood is safe and vibrant, with great restaurants, cafes, and parks nearby. I love that everything I need is within walking distance or a short drive away. Plus, the community here is friendly and respectful — it's easy to feel at home. Overall: If you're looking for a well-managed, comfortable, and amenity-rich place to live in sanford, I highly recommend Novel parkway, sanford. It’s a great place to call home. There is a dedicated event list every week for residents. Enjoy the dedicated working space available in club house. Varieties of indoor games available, free coffee with a beautiful sky above, clean pool area, beautiful evening view with light decor. Feels like a dream to be here. I love the novel style!!

I had a great experience touring this community! I live out of state and they were so accommodating and allowed me to tour via FaceTime. Rikisha was so informative and took the time to show me the entire complex and even walked to the different available units. I would truly recommend touring, even if you aren’t sure. Ebony! Ebony! Ebony! She makes this place magical with her presence and the joy that she radiates within our community. I have lived at this apartment complex for almost two years now and could not recommend it more due to Ebony Williams along with the other staff that make this place feel like a true community. I’m originally from NY / so living… Ebony! Ebony! Ebony! She makes this place magical with her presence and the joy that she radiates within our community. I have lived at this apartment complex for almost two years now and could not recommend it more due to Ebony Williams along with the other staff that make this place feel like a true community. I’m originally from NY / so living in Florida felt a little overwhelming but Ebony has always been there for any questions since the beginning, she is a strong leader and just so much fun to be around. For anyone interested- there’s always fun events going on and plenty to do for families and for those who have little ones as well. But Ebony really makes this place special - and feel like “home”
